About us

Bjerke Eiendom owns approximately 400 flats in a total of 9 apartment blocks, as well as garage spaces and various commercial buildings – all centrally situated in Oslo. We also have 8 apartment buildings in the heart of Copenhagen.

The company has broad expertise in letting, monitoring and management with 85 years experience in the building industry and more than 75 years as a property management company.

Bjerke Eiendom has a small and flexible administration with an informal and rounded approach. If you become a “Bjerke Tenant” you will soon be on first name terms with most of us. You will benefit from a secure and transparent tenancy arrangement with legally correct contracts, secure handling of deposits and guarantees and first class follow-up during your tenancy period.
We have a dedicated operations department that arranges for janitorial services and the management of our properties.
We carry out regular refurbishment of facades, entrances, stairs, corridors, basements and lofts. Our janitorial staff are always on call and take care of the replacement of light bulbs in communal areas, the maintenance of outdoor areas and the cleaning of entrances and stairways. If we receive a query we are unable to deal with ourselves, we will put you in touch with the right professional quickly and efficiency.

Bjerke Eiendom’s offices are located in the new Paleet Shopping Centre in Karl Johans gate 37. The easiest way to find us is to use the main entrance and keep to the right of the stairs. You will find our entrance, 37 B at the rear near Apoteket. Ring the bell and we will be pleased to welcome you up to our pleasant facilities on the 7th floor!

Just behind the lawns of Slottsparken, in a quiet and charming side road off Hegdehaugsveien, you will find Grønnegate 6. Just on its doorstep you will find the most of the popular Majorstuen and Bogstadveiens festive night (and day) life and services such as shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs, cinemas, parks and a myriad of pleasant streets. Not only this, Karl Johans gate and all Oslo city centre’s facilities are within walking distance. Also close to hand are the bus stop in Homansbyen, the tram in Dalsbergstien and the underground at Majorstuen.
Grønnegate 6 was built in 1973 and houses 70 flats. The majority of these are one and two room flats, but we do have some three room flats to rent. The apartment block has a lift and all the flats have balconies. Bjerke Eiendom provides stair cleaning services and there is a communal laundry in the basement. There is also a garage in the basement where we offer favourable rates to our tenants. We also offer the option to rent storage facilities of various floor areas in the basement if you should require this.

Bogstadveien22 -Majorstuen

The building is situated in the middle of one of Norway’s most popular shopping streets, ensuring that it offers everything one may wish for in a city – just outside your door.
A myriad of welcoming pavement cafes, trendy restaurants, bars and night clubs, gymnasiums and not least a fantastic selection of popular and exclusive fashion stores. Bogstadveien 22 is also perfect for both sport and recreation, only a short walk to gymnasiums and parks.
If walk along Bogstadveien and Hegdehaugsveien from Majorstuen down past Slottet, you will find yourself in Karl Johans gate and the other shopping streets in the city centre after about 15-20 minutes. There is a tram stop immediately adjacent to Bogstadveien and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to Majorstuen with the underground and bus connections.
The building was built in 1931 and is one of Bogstadveien’s most attractive pre-war buildings. The building was fully refurbished and restored in 2000. The building houses 8 floors, with shops on the first floor (ground floor if you’re English) and 25 flats on the upper 7 floors. We offer two and three room flats and a superb top floor flat with a roof terrace on the 8th and 9th floors. In a quiet side street in the very desirable Majorstuen lies Hammerstads gate 10.
The building is ideally centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Bogstadveien’s many inviting pavement cafes, trendy restaurants, Colosseum cinemas and popular clothing shops. Just a short walk to pleasant green areas and parks. There’s a tram stop close by in Bogstadveien and it’s just a short walk to Majorstuen – one of Oslo’s largest public transport hubs with the underground and bus services.

Pilestredet 100 - fagerborg

Pilestredet 100C is an extremely attractive and secluded building at the top end of Pilestredet - more specifically at Fagerborg. A “conservative” living environment where life goes on at a pleasant, low-stress pace, front gardens and beautiful large trees. Immediately adjacent to a grocery store and with the majority of services in the immediate vicinity. Stensparken and the green areas at Marienlyst are just a stone’s throw away. A short walk away are the attractive Majorstuen and Bogstadveien’s fine selection of shops, eateries and services.
You will find a tram stop at Adamstuen, bus stop in Ullevålsveien and underground station at Majorstuen.
The apartment block was built in 1992 and contains 15 unfurnished two room flats with large balconies. There is a garage in the basement where we offer tenants favourable rates. Dannevigsveien 5 - sagene

In a quiet and secluded side street just behind Sagene Church lies Dannevigsveien 5. The street name originates from the loop “Dannevig” – which was where the church now stands. There are many snug, small houses in the area, and a footpath winds along the banks of Akerselva. The footpath takes you down to the city centre and Maridalen/Nordmarka offering many walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. The borough green areas and amongst other attractions Bjølsenparken with the idyllic Bjølsen Kolonihage just a few minutes’ walk away.
The area also offers many pleasant cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, fruit and greengrocery shops and the majority of other shops and services you will need. The nearest shopping centre is Storo Storsenter which currently houses 130 shops. The bus stop at Sagene Church is very close by – with excellent connections to as good as the whole of Oslo.
Dannevigsveien 5 is a charming brick-built building. The property has a lift and offers 34 open-plan one room flats with French balconies. This building lies between Bergensgata and Larviksgate at the centre of Bjølsen and is the nearest neighbour to the pleasant and green Bjølsenparken with its idyllic Bjølsen Kolonihage. Also close by is the footpath along the banks of Akerselva down to the city centre and Maridalen/Nordmarka, which offer many pleasant walks in the summer and skiing in the winter.
The majority of shops and services you will need are located in the immediate vicinity. Storo-Senteret offers a wide range of shops and is just a short walk away. The area is also home to BI, gymnasiums and Grünerløkka’s, Sagene and Torshov’s many facilities.
Excellent public transport services provide easy access to all parts of Oslo. There are excellent public transport connections at Advokat Dehlis plass, just 50 short metres away.
This quiet and peaceful apartment block was built in 1970. The building consists of one and two room flats, all with separate balconies. The rent includes stair cleaning services and all flats have washing machine connection points.

Grefsenkvartalet - sandaker

Popular Sandaker has everything city life can offer of cafes, night life and culture just a short walk away. Close to Nydalen and BI with attractive walks along Akerselva, in Torshovparken and Torshovdalen.
In the immediate vicinity is Storo Storsenter, Oslo’s largest shopping centre with 130 exciting shops and services. There are also several food stores such as Joker Sandaker – located in the building at street level. The area also tempts you with a number of excellent eating venues and Soria Moria at Torshov with concerts, bars and theatre. Further, you can explore both Sagene and Grünerløkka with their vibrant café and night life, pulsating shopping streets, and Ringnes Park with the Ringen cinema.
Bjerke Eiendom owns two apartment blocks at Sandaker – Frederik Glads gate 8 and
Grefsenveien 9. These are secure and well-run facilities that in addition to letting out flats we also let out parking spaces in our communal garage at attractive rates.

The buildings also offer a pleasant and child-friendly joint courtyard with excellent playground equipment. Nordpolen School is in the immediate area.
The buildings house amongst other things a food store that also offers postal services, a locksmith, accountancy office and a gymnasium. The tram stop at Grefsenveien is only a one minute walk away and the underground station at Storo is just 5 minutes away.

Grefsenveien 9 was built in 1975 and has both one and two room flats, 72 units in all. All the flats have large balconies. The building has a lift and a communal laundry, and the rent includes stair cleaning services.
